Whoever is contracting the work. Most often that is the property management company or building owner, and we coordinate the buildout directly with your team.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull all required permits and schedule inspections with the city. We know what inspectors look for and make sure our work passes the first time.
Can you work around our other tenants?
Yes. We schedule around occupied suites and neighboring businesses, including nights and weekends when a buildout cannot disrupt the tenants next door.
Do recessed lights need to be on a dimmer?
Not required, but strongly recommended. Dimmers extend LED lifespan, save energy, and let you control the ambiance in any room. We install LED-compatible dimmers to prevent the flickering that happens when you put LEDs on a regular dimmer.
